Fleet Maintenance & Planning:

• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all vehicles and MHEs.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with DC operations to minimize disruption.
• Ensure regular vehicle inspections, cleaning, and readiness for operations.

Transportation Coordination:

• Support and coordinate in-house stock transfers (STS) and daily transportation plans.
• Ensure availability and optimal allocation of vehicles for distribution operations.
• Monitor daily fleet utilization and ensure efficient route execution.

Fleet Performance Monitoring:

• Track vehicle performance using GPS and fleet management systems.
• Monitor driver performance, including adherence to routes, speed limits, and safety standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet performance reports.

Cost Control & Vendor Management:

• Report on fleet maintenance costs to Fleet Manager to ensure operations within budget.
• Coordinate with repair workshops, validate maintenance work, and monitor service quality.
• Review and validate repair invoices and payments.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all vehicles have valid legal documents (licenses, insurance, registration).
• Maintain accurate records for vehicles, maintenance history, and incidents.
• Follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely renewal of fleet-related legal documents.

Incident & Breakdown Management:

• Handle vehicle breakdowns and coordinate repair approvals.
• Manage and document vehicle accidents, including reporting, claim, and follow-up.
• Ensure minimum operational disruption during incidents.

Fuel & Asset Control:

• Monitor fuel consumption and control fuel distribution.
• Manage vehicle assets such as keys, tires, and accessories.

Safety & Continuous Improvement:

• Ensure compliance with fleet safety standards and driving regulations.
• Monitor violations and enforce corrective actions.
• Identify improvement opportunities in fleet utilization and maintenance practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of total experience in fleet management, logistics or transportation operations.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance and transportation operations.
• Experience with fleet management systems and GPS tracking.
• Analytical and cost control skills.
• Coordination and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
